Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment._* * This position is contingent upon contract award* * _**Responsibilities:**+ Establishespoliciesandproceduresforperformanceandcontrolofallprojectbusinessmanagementfunctionsandtechnicalsupport.+ Ensuresqualitystandardsareapplied toalllevelsoftheworkandmeasuredforeffectiveness.+ HasoverallresponsibilityforQualityControlandSafety ontheproject.Participatesinqualitydefectsinvestigationsanddevelopmentofresolutions(correctiveandpreventive).+ Monitorsperformance offunctionalmanagers/supervisorsandsubmissions ofrequiredreportsandContractDataRequirements List.+ Promptresolutionofissuesassociatedwithperformance.+ Leadstheworkforceinimplementingpartneringwithcustomerstocontinuouslyimproveperformanceandbusinessrelations.+ ServesasprincipalliaisonbetweenthecompanyandU.SAirForcestakeholdersonthecontract.+ Directsandapprovescontractmodifications,approvesbudgets,monitorscontractual performanceandcosts,andtakesactiontocorrectdiscrepantconditions.HasoverallresponsibilityforP&Lofthecontract.+ Maintains workingknowledgeofrequisitebusinesssystemsastheyrelate tothecontract,includingability toimplementfutureprograms.+ Provides guidanceanddirectiontofinance andaccounting,human resources,training,security, safety,andenvironmentalfunctions.+ Conductsbriefingsandparticipatesinmeetingsforinternalandexternalstakeholdersconcerningspecificprojectoperations.+ Assumesandperformsotherduties andresponsibilitiesnotspecificallyoutlinedherein butwhichareinherenttotheposition.**Skills:**+ 10yearsexperiencewithregulatorycompliance,includingOSHA,EPAandFAR+ Developedsupervisoryskillswithproven ability todirectcustomerfocusedteamsprovidingmaintenance,andfacilityalterationsandrepairservices+ Strong skillsinMSWord,PowerPoint,Excel,andProject+ Provenability tomanageandcoordinateactivitiesofstaffengagedinplanning andschedulingofengineering,maintenance,andrepairwork.+ RegisteredProfessionalEngineer (PE) desired.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ The ASM shall have a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, physical science, or construction managementfrom a program certified by theAccreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) or from a program certified by theNational Architecture Accrediting Board.+ The ASM shall have either: A minimum of 3 years experience as a Civil Engineer Operations Function Chief, Engineering Function Chief, or higher authority position on a U.S. military installation (Air Force experience is preferable); or+ A minimum of 5 years experience as a contracted Operations Function Chief or higher authority positions at a major U.S. military installation for a base maintenance contract or base operating services (BOS) contract (Air Force experience is preferable).+ USCitizenwiththeability toobtainandmaintain aUSGovernmentSecretclearance.+ Infrequent travel might occur.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
