Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.**Job Summary:**The Program Managers (PM) primary responsibilities are to managecrucial administrative, operational, surge, and technical support services for the U.S. Agency for International Developments (USAID) Bureau for Asia, Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs, and the Office of Afghanistan and Pakistan Affairs.The PM has operational responsibility for program execution, supervision, administration, management, subcontractor management, and financial performance for services. The PM plans for and assigns resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within the budgeted cost.The PMis the primary interface to the USAID CORand will work closely with the Financial Analyst to provide day-to-day financial oversight and management. The PM will work closely with the USAID COR to ensure proper financial record keeping and to notify the COR of any potential funding issues.**Responsibilities:**+ The PM will support the USAID with planning and executing all projects to achieve the CORs objectives, milestones, and benchmarks.+ Serve as the primary point of contact for task order requirements definition, planning, execution and reporting for all assigned projects.+ Establish performance management systems to track task activity, quality, and progress against specified tasks.+ Coordinate regularly with the client to ensure that the resources available and the execution plan is enough to achieve the CORs goals and objectives.+ Plan and budget for all resources required to successfully execute all assigned projects, including, but not limited to direct project labor, contracted labor, material, and travel.+ Ensure proper financial record keeping and notify the COR of any potential funding issues.+ Provide day-to-day financial oversight and management of task order funding, maintain funding pipelines for all task order elements, provide funding analysis, budget requests, and forecasts as requested.+ Ensure that project team performance consistently meets or exceeds customer satisfaction benchmarks.+ Manage personnel and subcontractors as appropriate to achieve the CORs milestones.+ Take necessary actions to correct performance problems to assure quality control.+ Develop and implement a recruitment and retention strategy to meet staffing requirements; supervise recruitment and hiring.+ Oversee staff training and development to ensure professionalism and skill enhancement.+ Work with recruiting to attract, recruit, and retain team members who meet or exceed our high standards.+ Develop and document personal and project goals that support program goals.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Bachelors or higher in Management, Human Resources or related field, such as Public Administration, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology.+ 5 8 years of project manager experience in personnel/performance management.+ Demonstrated management and supervision of staff.+ Experience in setting up management, administrative, and financial systems.+ Excellent diplomacy and inter-personnel skills.+ Ability to interact with all levels of staff from senior management to line staff.+ Knowledge of federal program management.+ Ability to use sound judgment in problem solving.+ Ability to coordinate multiple sites and complex issues at any given time required.+ May have to travel locally and internationally.+ Active Secret clearance required.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
