Eatons North American Sales division is currently seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team.The HR Manager is responsible for:Leading, and managing human resource strategies to support the North American Sales and Marketing and Commercial Organizations strategic and operating plans. Driving corporate and divisional initiatives through regions / sales verticals. Positively support corporate, group and division initiatives. Identify opportunities for synergy. Develop strategies for maintaining positive employee relations at all locations. Provide guidance and direction to HR and business leaders on complex business and HR issues.
