Eatons Vehicle division is currently seeking a Continuous ImprovementManager to join our team. This position is based at our South Bend, INfacility. Relocation assistance will be provided.Position Overview:As a member of the South BendTeam, you will be responsible for leading deployment of the continuousimprovement tools and processes of the Eaton Business System, includingContinuous Improvement Framework (CIF) and Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) insupport of overall plant objectives.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion ofevery employee around the world. Its where bold,bright professionals like you can reach your full potentialand where you canhelp us reach ours.In this function, you will:+ Serve as a member of the SouthBend team, fulfilling duties and providing input for strategy, direction& continuous improvement.+ Partner with Operations andSupport Functions to develop plans to identify and address current andfuture challenges through use of Lean & CI tools.+ Support Continuous ImprovementFramework deployment (visual controls, process standardization, standardwork, Gemba walks, manning strategy, daily accountability, process checksand CI for everyone).+ Integrate ELSS tool deploymentthrough tool experts (Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, Standard Work, TPM, SetupReduction, Error Proofing, and Flow).+ Plan and support successfulkaizen / Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).+ Ensure capability andsustainability through Lean & CI training.+ Conduct performance reviews toimprove organizational performance.When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives andbackgrounds that make each of us unique, we as individuals and as a company are stronger.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunitiesfor all job applicants and employees.
