IntroductionThe IBM CIO organization is looking for an experienced Agile Iteration Manager ("Scrum Master") to facilitate a our w3 Mobile Application Team. The w3 Mobile App plays an important role in delivering must have functionality to IBMers on the go. Our application is built by a self-directed, end-to-end cross- functional team. We are looking for an Iteration Manager with experience in leading and motivating mobile teams to reach their full potential.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for applicants who will thrive in an agile, open, dynamic, flexible, fun-spirited, collaborative environment and desire creative freedom and an opportunity to work on high performing teams.+ Train, coach, and motivate team for delivery mindset & agile practices+ Ability to diagnose and iterate on team processes to effectively deliver value, improve productivity & increase team morale+ Facilitating team in prioritizing & delivering their commitments by proactively removing impediments Closely work with team leaders to increase team's productivity, effectiveness & interpersonal connection+ Contribute their knowledge to the wider community of agile practitioners in IBMMust be able to work in IBM NYC location on post-covid reopen.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ 5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional web and mobile teams+ An understanding of web and mobile application technologies+ Demonstrated collaboration skills, including the ability to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical contributors, as well as between teams and senior leadership.+ Proven talent for uniting and motivating teams towards a common goal.+ Certified Scum Master or other Agile project management Certifications (CSM, ACSM, or PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ Understanding & experience in different types of Agile (Scrum, Kan Ban, SaFE, LeSS, etc.)+ Experience in delivering customers facing products/solutions.About Business UnitIBM's Digital Workplace Engineering team is focused on engineering tools and applications IBMers need to be effective.
