If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesOur organization is searching for a dynamic Manufacturing manager to take on the responsibility of overseeing Poughkeepsie assembly and test operations in order to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the assembly and testing of Poughkeepsie server manufacturing operations and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that's consistent with quality requirements. He or she will also develop strategy to meet and maintain organization goals/targets, promote a positive work culture, focus on promoting team engagement and maintain the organization running at peak performance and at the cutting edge of technology.This role is aligned with the Supply Chain Management Career Path. Individuals perform supply and demand management across the extended enterprise and manages collaborative network for processes from opportunity to cash. Responsibilities include planning, training, enhancement to existing processes and systems, maintenance of existing systems, management and measurement of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, manufacturing, and all logistics management activities for products, services and related information. This role also coordinates and collaborates with customers and key partners, which can be IBM owned manufacturers, suppliers, intermediaries, and third-party service providers.
