Joining IBM Security gives you the opportunity to:+ Shape the direction of our digital catalog experience for prospects, buyers and clients+ Deliver end-to-end solutions that combine technology platforms, managed services and consulting expertise to provide differentiated value to clients+ Drive the digital go-to-market strategy to accelerate the growth of the Cloud Security Services business+ Collaborate with cloud security experts while working for a company that's the recognized leader in the enterprise security space.In this position, you'll play a central role leading and orchestrating the definition of digital buyer journeys, packaging/pricing, contracts, marketing and business and technical requirements to enable the sales of our service products through multiple internal and external digital marketplaces. This role will require collaboration across internal and external teams to build a compelling digital buyer journey, from the first customer touchpoint, to sale, to contract delivery. You'll connect with our clients, technology partners, other vendors, and operational stakeholders to prioritize and execute roadmap features to rapidly scale the business.The successful candidate must have exceptional communication skills, problem solving skills, strong business judgment, and demonstrated experience driving diverse cross-functional teams and encouraging collaboration and commitment. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new, innovative projects. This position requires a solid business and technical background, and the candidate should be client-focused with a passion for delivering iconic user experiences for the cloud and information security.**Responsibilities include:**+ Design, build and launch a digital catalog experience for IBM Security Services, working closely with IBM and 3 rd party marketplaces.+ Lead the product strategy to deliver services via a catalog, including pricing and packaging strategy and simplified contracts model.+ Collaborate with multiple Product Managers to price and package new/existing services offers to enable them for a digital delivery model.+ Own the road map for IBM Security Services catalog experience and collaborate with key stakeholders in the company to deliver on that vision, e.g. marketing, sales, service delivery, product teams, route partners, international operating teams, etc.+ Work with local and regional offering management leadership and sales leadership around the world to nurture the health and adoption of our digital marketplace strategy.+ Responsible for the go-to-market plan and enablement, working to ensure that sales, delivery, and channel teams have what they need to be successful with digital marketplaces.**The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:**+ Deep experience in product management including development, launch and life-cycle execution for contemporary catalog-based offerings.+ Experience with consumption-based pricing.+ Experience with creating cloud services contracts.+ Experience with working with UX designers and engineering teams in an agile manner to deliver incremental value.+ Metrics driven approach with focus on value to clients.+ Experience partnering and building relationships with multiple route-to-market and channel partners to drive adoption of our service products within digital marketplaces.+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.+ Proven ability to synthesize complex issues and opinions into simple stories+ Attention to details, proactive self-starter+ Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirementsRequired Technical and Professional Expertise6 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, Delivery or Consulting in Cloud or Security or related IT area.2 years of experience with designing or building digital catalog-based experiences, or digital sales experiences.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseWell versed with catalog-based business and usage metrics, and using them to drive improved client experiences.Experience with digital marketing campaigns.About Business UnitIBM's Cloud and Cognitive software business is committed to bringing the power of IBM's Cloud and Watson/AI technologies to life for our clients and ecosystem partners around the world.
