Offer direction, expertise and effort in specific manufacturing areas.+ Become the process expert on all existing and new products manufactured at the site+ Maintain focus on meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost+ Ensure accomplish work results by establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving production problems and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries+ Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data+ Ensure timely reporting, investigating, root cause analysis, and corrective implementation of all accidents and incidents within the manufacturing department+ Support and guide production personnel to seek ways to eliminate waste and improve efficiency throughout the plant+ Schedule formulation to meet timely demands from orders, product quality and cost constraints and support the initiatives of the sales force to grow the business+ Work closely with the Plant Manager and Management team to oversee budget and provide input into forecasting requirements for all budgetary needs. Manage material usage and production rates to maximize yield and minimize waste+ Ensure supply of raw chemicals and packaging materials meet production needs+ Fulfill customer orders and manage outbound shipping to maintain inventory levels+ Keep current with formulation changes**What you will bring:**+ Bachelors degree required; may consider relevant experience in lieu of+ 3+ years of plant/production experience including supervisor, mentor or leader experience required+ PSM/RMP experience preferred+ Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience**Are you a good match?
