We look for people who have a safety-first mindset, who are collaborative team players, who deliver on their commitments, who are innovators in search of a better way, and who believe in inclusion.Working at Nutrien Ag Solutions will provide you an opportunity to help us _Feed the Future,_ and grow your career.**What you will do:**+ Provide leadership, direction and coaching to retail organization in the development, implementation and execution of Loveland Products sales plans in order to assist them in meeting performance targets, and ensure alignment with business strategy+ Assist to ensure successful execution of Loveland Products growth plans and optimize support to the retail organization+ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the Loveland Products business+ Product lifecycle management which includes the product development and project management of the process from formulation through to commercialization and subsequent brand consolidation+ Product management of the portfolio which includes forecasting and pricing through to supply chain and manufacturing+ Create brand support collateral, promotional support campaigns, and multi-channel marketing touch points+ Stay abreast of new technologies, customer needs and regulatory changes within the product line for customers and retails+ Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory, competitive pricing/programs, and reporting of sales vs objectives+ Provide market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams**What you will bring:**+ University degree in Agriculture or Commerce/Business Administration with an emphasis in the area of marketing+ 3+ years experience in sales or marketing management in Ag related field+ Strong sales ability with a proven track record of success**Are you a good match?
