TA Ops Manager (Census)

As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesPerforms the complete staff acquisition process for the hiring and movement of staff and applicants including developing workforce analysis and planning, performing staffing needs analysis, developing job analysis, rating criteria and materials, working with hiring managers to determine requirements and recruitment approaches, adjudicating qualifications and veteran's preference, maintaining applicant registers, and maintaining automated systems in support of staffing, records management, personnel management, and database accountability. Requires DEU Certification. Drives staffing process improvements, innovation, and compliance into the operational processes. Will possibly oversee Staffing Specialist Junior and HR Assistants.Required Technical and Professional Expertise+ Manage day-to-day talent acquisition operations including resources, staff, facilities, contact center, business processing, and technologies.+ Manage issues and risks.+ Manages performance against KPIs and SLAs.+ Work across a portfolio of client and vendor staff.+ At least eight years of experience in federal human capital management, at least five of which should be in talent acquisition.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseN/AN/AAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
