Do it here.What youll be doing...Our mobile apps (Android and iOS) help pilots fly drones and execute operations to collect data. As a mobile product manager, you will partner with virtually every team in Skyward to ship value to customers and deliver business goals. You'll also help connect drones to the Verizon network! Running organized initiatives and communicating effectively are key to doing this job well.+ Lead the feature lifecycle from idea to shipped code, in partnership with Design and Engineering.+ Facilitate the agile process based on principles, maintain a groomed backlog, and track work for two Engineering teams.+ Prioritize and implement roadmap features and defects in partnership with other product managers.+ A business case mindset to handle requests for vetting integration opportunities, partnerships, etc.+ A track record of turning ambiguous ideas into business and customer value.+ A toolkit of frameworks and mental models around decision making and strategic thinking.What were looking for...You'll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Three or more years of product management experience+ Three or more years of experience working with engineers and building positive culture.+ Two or more years of experience working on mobile products.+ Three or more years of experience managing projects and staying organized in a fast-paced team environment.+ Three or more years of experience operating in an iterative development environment.+ Three or more years managing stakeholders.+ Willingness to travel.Even better if you have:+ An understanding of the theory of Jobs to be Done.+ Familiarity with the drone industry/aviation.+ Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, small group facilitation, and writing.+ Experience with cellular connectivity is a bonus, as this role will be helping connect drones to the Verizon network.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
