Do it here.What youll be doing...The Project Manager works in partnership with product owners, business stakeholders, and stable teams to bring globally available products, enhancements, and platforms to the business marketplace. The desired candidate is responsible for project schedules, resources and deliverables, and oversight of capital spend. The person will create a team environment that drives progress so goals and objectives are achievable and met. The person must also be knowledgeable of the larger project landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise.+ Own the project management role and schedule for all assigned projects within the Enterprise Wireless/Wireline product portfolios.+ Work with product owners, business stakeholders and stable teams in creating a sense of urgency and moving projects through the Lean Business Agility (LBA) process to deliver to customers.+ Reinforce the LBA process and required deliverables to successfully bring products to market.+ Develop and manage Project Management plans, stakeholder rosters, issues, risks, dependencies for all assigned projects+ Manage an action register, issues log, and plan changes for assigned projects.+ Convey a sense of urgency with regard to agreed timelines to keep projects on track+ Support product teams in gathering business requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria related to their project+ Work with approved vendors (as applicable) to identify business requirements.+ Organize meeting agendas, sets expectations for team, and leads discussions related to project+ Manage resources, project schedules, delivery timelines and coordinates with cross-project teams on the agreed delivery plan.+ Facilitate plans to keep projects on track and minimize date slippages while allowing for reasonable flexibility to account for necessary adjustments.+ Oversee capital spend related to project deliverables to insure project stays within budget+ Communicate project status to stakeholders and management teams.What were looking for...You have strong organizational skills, and are able to communicate both verbally & written across all levels of the organization.
