Do it here.What youll be doing...Your focus will be on the growth and development of the Professional Services organization. The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager, Resource Management office is to lead capacity management and resourcing for all potential and assigned projects. This position requires that the individual be the liaison among the Professional Services organization Delivery Leaders as it relates to resourcing across all work. You also work directly with Talent Acquisition and HR to facilitate appropriate staffing across the department based on aggregate understanding of project requirements. You must also ensure that project resourcing is managed in order to assure timely delivery and must communicate to appropriate Project Managers resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines. It is also required that this position enforce company processes by utilizing and requesting all Project Managers use proper procedures when requesting resources.You will be focused on guiding team process to deliver workforce and staffing plans.+ Manage the annual workforce planning and budgeting exercise for Professional Services+ Lead, mentor and develop Professional Services Resource Management team to execute the strategy for resource management, foster an environment of continuous improvement, and deliver operational excellence day in and day out.+ Contribute to development of standard operating model and improvement roadmaps, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.+ Drive regular cadence around resource utilization, capacity planning, skills management, and subcontract resource needs.+ Establish processes and conformance metrics to ensure high levels of data quality, process consistency, and attainment of staffing service level objectives.+ Successfully negotiate staffing conflicts through creative staffing solutions and alternatives.+ Support resource development plans by driving the framework for assignment and tracking of training activities.+ Manage organizational utilization.+ Build strong partnership with cross functional organizations to gain knowledge of active pipeline and analyze information to influence forecasting models.+ Implement and execute mechanisms to capture resource demand and capacity plans, allowing for real-time data availability for decision-making.+ Continuously review/analyze resource demand and capacity.What were looking for...Youre highly analytical and have an eye for detail and accuracy.
