Do it here.What youll be doing...This opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.Youll analyze trends and identify outliers that could signal a problem. Using statistical analyses, like regression, correlation, and variance, youll uncover the unexpected within the expected patterns in our data. Plus, youll come up with the best ways to share the data in dashboards, presentations, and written reports-that suits the need and the audience. Youll also help identify potential noncompliance that could be harmful to the organization. By finding and identifying compliance issues, youll be an integral part of the compliance teams success-keeping us in check in all ways that matter. Youll also be responsible for presenting to senior level leaders within the HR organization, telling stories with data to effectively communicate the state of the business.You will take responsibility for collecting data, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. You will provide data access and enhance the quality of the overall data structures feeding the data science program. You are highly analytical and able to transform complex data into easily understood actionable information. You can flourish in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities. You also have exceptional critical thinking skills and like to uncover solutions. You are flexible, dependable and work well individually and as part of a team.Responsibilities will include:+ Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.+ Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and availability for analytical modelling.+ Provide quality assurance of imported data.+ Help develop and generate reports and analysis.+ Explore suitable options and designs for specific analytical solutions.+ Identify gaps and implement solutions for data security, quality and automation of processes.What were looking for...You'll need to have:+ Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Data modeling or data warehousing experience.+ Experience with Qlikview, Tableau, or similar BI tools.+ Javascript, HTML, or CSS Experience.+ Willingness to travel.Even better if you have:+ A Degree.+ Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or other quantitative field.+ A Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related field.+ Experience on Big Data platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Map/Reduce, Spark, HBase, CouchDB, Hive, etc.).+ Experience with programming languages such as UNIX shell scripting, Python.+ Critical thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Experience presenting to VP level and above.+ Experience with machine learning in Python or R.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
