Do it here.What youll be doing...The Digital Marketing Manager will manage digital experiences across Verizon Business Groups wireless portfolio, particularly wireless devices and promotions. You will create visitor web experiences that tie seamlessly with media, demand gen and social campaigns, and drive quality visitor traffic and conversions.You will take a strong lead in digital strategy, interfacing with key contacts across the business such as CMO/creative, product marketing, ecommerce, and customer portal teams, providing web expertise and guidance related to user flow and optimizations.You will integrate analytics requirements into marketing initiatives and monitor reporting to suggest testing and adjustments to improve quality visitor traffic and conversions. You will also provide input to wireless results decks and help share updates with executive leadership.+ Independently leads efforts across large cross functional teams to enable best-in-class digital experience for VBG.+ Focuses on SEO, conversion optimization testing, streamlining our story/messaging, and implementing logical and concise navigation.+ Improves online digital efficiency by optimizing landing page experiences for paid media, e-mail, social, thought leadership, webinar and event campaigns, to generate visitor engagement and conversions.+ Leads wide breadth of digital experience initiatives simultaneously, requiring digital strategy development and execution, project management of content delivery, and content publication via the Adobe CMS and quality control.+ Drives and directs agencies who help to support the design of the site and SEO for seamless execution and on-time delivery, including tracking to ensure we hit deadlines on time.+ Fosters collaboration among internal teams for flawless execution and on-time delivery.+ Provides input to conversion optimization team on strategic testing plans and help execute on those plans.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Experience with using AEM, SEO, and Adobe Analytics.+ Willingness to travel.Even better if you have:+ A degree.+ Knowledge of Social Media platforms, Marketo, and Salesforce.+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans.+ Proven experience in implementing and delivering value through digital content.+ Knowledge of creative and technical development processes involved in producing web content.+ Project management, prioritization, and proof reading skills.+ Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups and outside vendors, both in writing and verbally.+ High energy, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.+ Judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations.+ Problem solving skills.+ Knowledge of relevant Verizon reporting systems and ability to review and analyze various reports to measure success.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
