Join us in building tomorrow with the best of today.As our Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market plans for new product launches, including development of comprehensive launch strategies, campaigns and processes that execute against business goals to effectively reach our target end users. You will own and drive various activities that support commercialization and will work cross functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Business Operations and other business areas. If you are excited by the challenge and importance of bringing clear visibility, guidance and insightful analysis to drive forward the growth of VLT then this is the ideal role for you.+ Drive project execution and alignment across functional/channel teams to ensure successful market entry of high priority projects directly tied to business focus areas.+ Research and validate business processes and make recommendations for necessary changes to achieve successful launches.+ Partner with Product Management and cross-functional leaders and teams to devise our GTM strategy.+ Ensure action items are well-communicated and understood by all stakeholders involved in bringing product to market+ Present compelling GTM strategy and cross-functional execution plans in regular briefings with leadership and the business.+ Identify GTM process improvement opportunities, build business cases and roadmaps towards integration, and lead implementation of best practices.+ Own quality control of deliverable messaging and positioning, and remove escalations to ensure cohesive and on-time market entry.+ Manage project post mortems and communicate key learnings across GTM function to alleviate universal project pain points.+ Engages with our Partnership team to ensure we have the industry support we require to go to market.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Bachelors degree or four or more years work experience.+ Six or more years of relevant work experience.+ Six or more years experience in Product Marketing and building sales collateral.+ Five or more years of experience bringing new products to market.Even better if you have:+ Masters degree.+ Background and experience supporting or leading commercialization and innovation process including experimentation, testing, piloting, and capture learnings.+ Proven experience in pricing strategy, or strategy management consulting, or new business model development, or related field.+ Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts.+ Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills.+ Strong knowledge of product/project planning and management concepts, methodologies, tools, standards and procedures.+ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete time-sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to last minute changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.+ Strong organizational, project management, time management and prioritization skills.+ Knowledge in multiple disciplines within a Healthcare organization.+ Experience evaluating/exploring/integrating market trends.+ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
