GPS Recruiting Senior Manager

Key Role Description :

Leverage business strategy to provide strategic insight into the experienced and direct admit Partner, Principal and Director (PPD) recruiting vision. Responsible for oversight and management of the team in the successful execution of the defined experienced and direct admit PPD recruiting strategy. Manage and provide guidance to the Experienced/PPD Recruiting Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage business strategy and work with Function Recruiting Lead and business leadership to develop a strategic sourcing and recruiting plan to achieve hiring demand
  • Collaborate with other Experienced/PPD Recruiting Leads to achieve common program and strategy, including leveraging resources across the organization
  • Ensure resources are fully leveraged and optimized across the organization
  • Attract, hire and utilize a flexible recruiting workforce to support fluctuating demand and/or accommodate short-term needs given leaves, etc. Align resources to deliver against demand within the function and industries they serve.
  • Collaborate with Best Practices & Innovation (BP&I) and direct teams in the development of any function-specific or localized programs or events
  • Work with BP&I to ensure appropriate diversity goals and objectives are supported by the business and executed upon
  • Ensure national program guidelines and policies are implemented consistently throughout teams
  • Partner with Core Talent Services (CTS) Sourcing resources to ensure appropriate support to achieve recruiting strategy
  • Analyze and present recruiting metrics to A&M Leadership, Function Recruiting Lead and business leadership
  • Monitor team collaboration with Core Talent Services (CTS) in the execution of recruiting processes
  • Gather competitive intelligence from external sources/recruiting team and work with BP&I and other areas of Talent, (i.e., Total Rewards) to synthesize/utilize information to enhance our hiring practices/strategy
  • Partner with BP&I in external advisory, benchmarking groups or eminence activities, as appropriate
  • Drive continued focus on diversity and Women's Initiatives (WIN) recruiting efforts with the business
  • Manage, mentor and develop team (i.e., hire, onboard, provide career development and succession planning)
  • Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development
  • Manage experienced recruiting functional budget ensuring cost optimization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of experienced/PPD recruiting strategies and processes
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment
  • Experience in leading and driving teams in executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategy
  • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and strategic-thinking skills
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans accordingly
  • Strong change agent/influencer
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
