Opportunity to work as part of Deloitte Consulting's Operate Center of Excellence Delivery Modernization Team

Work You'll Do

In this role, you would be a member of the Operate Center of Excellence (CoE) team, supporting the Operate CoE Delivery Modernization team. As the Delivery Modernization Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall vision and roadmap for OperateEdge™ and other Operate Automation tools and accelerators. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Consulting, Global and Green Dot.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Define the OperateEdge™ vision and develop the product roadmap
  • Develop and refine Operate Automation strategy
  • Communicate the architecture to key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product design and technology
  • Participate in technical workshops/discussions with clients and engagement teams
  • Support pursuit, demo, and training activities across Consulting, Global and Green Dot
  • Oversee OperateEdge™ technical architecture and enhancement design
  • Support the development and enhancement of the OperateEdge platform
  • Collaborate with OperateEdge development teams such as ITS, I&P, and Unified Platform (GPS)
  • Partner with OP Automation leads on Operate automations
  • Continually research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed

Qualifications
  • Client experience as a Technical Manager
  • Strong enterprise architecture and design experience with flexible deployment models (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) based on client requirements
  • Deep knowledge of tools, technologies, and frameworks such as - ELK Stack, Angular, Redis, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server database, GitHub, Rest API integration, etc.
  • Experience in cutting edge technologies such as advanced analytics, AI, ML, and AIOps
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Knowledge of Operate/managed services delivery (AMS, Foundry Capacity Management, As a Service, etc.)
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with onsite and offshore practitioners
  • Strong ability to execute
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Ability to work independently / virtually
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to address and manage conflict
  • Solid decision-making skills, the ability to challenge, negotiate, and influence
  • Must work well under pressure and during times of ambiguity- can manage change, maintain composure and remain flexible
  • Highly proactive, analytical self-starter, strong interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Some travel may be required for working sessions (once the travel ban is lifted)
