Work you'll do/Responsibilities


The Project Manager will help the Deloitte team assist the client's Acquisitions and Collaborations team. The ACD program is large and supports Strategy, IT Project Management and Business analysis for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) global transactions. This role would provide:

Provide project management support to the IT / Digital PMO to manage the overall delivery of the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) to the business unit buyer Support the management and tracking of Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exit execution including application extracts, system conveyance, system wind down, etc. Attend and capture meeting minutes for Program Level meetings and workshops with IT Senior Level clients Support completion / submission of Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) close-out report in conjunction with Risk Management & Compliance (as necessary) Maintain Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) application portfolio revisions due to changes in TSA scope and TSA exit plans Maintain data transfer plans as it relates to the TSA Exit

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • 5+ years of experience being in a client facing role
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


Preferred Qualifications

  • IT PMO experience a plus
  • Industry experience in Life Sciences or/and Mergers & Acquisitions a plus
