Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 15%
- 5 years of experience working as manager or in a leadership role
- In depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to design advanced vetting and network analysis software leveraging open source and commercially available information
- Capability to manage large datasets and tools to exploit classified structured and unstructured data
- Must be capable of identifying requirements and forecasting priorities
Preferred:
- Background in targeting and intelligence analysis, data integration, project management, and business development
- Experience working directly with data scientists and software engineers to develop technical solutions and enhance analytics capabilities
- Background in law enforcement
