The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• 8+ Years of Experience i dentifying and assessing the potential of emerging technologies (e.g., artificial intelligence, passenger drones, or Hyperloop)
• 8 + Years of Experience Exploring and developing institutional models and best practices that support system flexibility so that state and local agencies can adopt and use next-generation technologies
• 8+ Years of Experience developing roadmaps to track rapidly evolving innovations such as new communications technologies (e.g., 5G);

• 8 + Years of Experience researching and developing ITS technologies and systems that would support the efforts at addressing climate change, as well as creating equitable access to transportation technologies and services and improving mobility options for all travelers
• 8+ Years of Experience identification of research needs and opportunities by exploring federal, state and local, private-sector, and academic research on technologies;
• Strong history of researching and testing communications technology to support transportation connectivity to enable cooperative ITS and connected and automated transportation;
• 8+ Years of Experience Investigating future spectrum use models that support transportation safety and system efficiency
• 8+ Years of Experience Developing new institutional models to help accelerate equitable adoption of technology innovations
