Work you'll do:
You will be responsible for the daily operations of cloud economics, which includes gathering the necessary data needed to generate reports and/or slides for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) spend. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting to leadership all risks and issues, as well as communicating to clients for cost review and optimization

Responsibilities include:

• Acknowledge and respond to billing requests from Deloitte Project Teams and/or Clients

• Extract necessary data from various tools such as (CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCheckr, CSP Consoles, etc.)

• Compile data and summarize findings using standard templates for tables/slides o Maintain and update dashboards and reports on a regular basis

• Generate weekly and/or monthly reports for Deloitte Project Teams and/or Clients o Respond to project teams and clients with CSP billing requests

• Groom, manage and execute a backlog of enhancements for the Cloud managed Services pricing and/or financial models

• Conduct ongoing audits of the Cloud Management Platform components costs, CMS labor and other key financial data points

• Support CMS Architects with cost estimates for pricing new opportunities to ensure accurate and competitive deal pricing

• Review and validate planned vs. actual costs for CMS investments (IT spend and labor)

• Develop and manage the costs and allocations for the CMS Shared Services Model

• Manage CMS charge code utilization between the offering and GPS finance

• Manages sales, review and margin tracking for the CMS offering

• Manage and conduct budgetary and sales forecasting for the CMS offering

• Support other reporting as necessary

We help our clients see the transformational capabilities of Cloud as an opportunity for business enablement and competitive advantage.

Cloud Engineering supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

Qualifications:

Required: At least 4 years' experience supporting and/or managing a cloud services financial model. In addition, experience controlling costs and supporting Architects in cost estimates for pricing new opportunities to capture new business.

• Bachelor's degree required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCheck

Preferred:

• Cloud Certifications
