The AVP, Talent Acquisition Program Manager will drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Talent Acquisition center of excellence and play a key role in the creation and delivery of the North America TA strategy and delivery model. The role acts as a liaison between TA and its support functions, provides high level TA analytical analysis/recommendations, has responsibility for vendor management and manages TA coordinators. Additionally, this role is responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting for Human Resources roles. This role reports to the VP, North America Talent Acquisition.

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will manage a small team of Recruiting Coordinators (full-time and contract) and participate as a member of the North America Talent Acquisition leadership team. They will partner closely with other HR centers of excellence, HR Business Partners and leaders, and the North America Talent Acquisition team and will consistently and proactively look for ways to innovate and drive improvements. A successful candidate will be a solution-oriented critical thinker who is data-driven, proactive and responsive, has passion for excellence, is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own full life-cycle recruitment for Human Resources roles as well other roles as needed based on volumes and capacity of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to manage, sustain and improve recruitment solutions to address current and future hiring needs.
  • Standardize key performance indicators, tools, templates and processes; gain insight into current roadblocks and obstacles on the team, develop creative and workable solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Identify and summarize key findings and trends within the data, present findings to varying leadership levels to influence strategies, initiatives, and priority.
  • Provide TA technology recruiter support, resolve TA technology and processing issues and implement system and process enhancements; lead new technology adoption across the team
  • Ensure recruiting programs and processes are documented, maintained and reviewed and communicated in a strategic, efficient, and effective manner; develop and deliver training as needed.
  • Lead the Recruiting Coordinator team, driving consistent processes and excellent customer service.
