This position will be responsible for developing and managing competitor and market analytics, user focus groups, roadmap activities, and feature/function backlogs for the product suite. &nbsp;</p><p>The Sanctions Product Manager will focus on optimizing these software products and services to achieve the business goals while working in a Lean Agile environment at the intersection of business, technology and user experience.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li>Balance the regulatory and Sanctions market trends with customer needs for the CSI&rsquo;s products and services</li><li>Research the competitive and compliance industry landscape and apply knowledge to the design and development of CSI&rsquo;s WatchDog&trade;</li><li>Identify business problems that represent key market opportunities and align with CSI&rsquo;s strategic and business goals</li><li>Synthesize feedback from customers, competitors, and market trends to create innovative, viable technical and business approaches for new and existing products and services</li><li>Analyze business problems from a technical perspective to vet key market opportunities that align with CSI&rsquo;s strategic and business goals</li><li>Participate in tier 1 customer meetings with Customer Experience and Engineering resources to understand key challenges and help identify solutions that benefit all parties</li><li>Break down business problems into feature sets that can be defined for technical teams and executed during a sprint or series of sprints</li><li>Coordinate, prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers</li><li>Break down business problems into feature sets that can be defined for technical teams and executed during a sprint or series of sprints</li><li>Work closely with product owners, quality assurance, and engineers to facilitate and guide the product development process</li><li>Work with training and support specialists to document and communicate new features and product offerings to the organization&rsquo;s personnel and to customers</li><li>Manage and execute a repeatable release process for organization&rsquo;s products and services</li><li>Collaborate with sales, customers, prospects, compliance subject matter experts, and business analysts to define future requirements for products, services and enhancements</li><li>Understand the products and service offerings in detail, including the functionality and technology context and respond to inquiries from sales, customers, prospects, and other stakeholders</li><li>Maintain the release backlog in partnership with the product owner, quality assurance, and engineering teams</li><li>Work closely with customers, prospects, and the user experience team to maintain a coherent and efficient user experience in the software products and across form factors</li><li>Serve as the product manager, working with the product owner on release and iteration planning along with Product Management leadership, Project Management and software engineering teams to deliver valuable capabilities in each sprint</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h1><span style="font-size: 16px;">Requirements</span></h1><ul><li>Strong written and spoken communication skills</li><li
