What You Will Do:
As a R&D Manager, you will lead a team of Mechanical, Chemical and Electrical Engineers to design and sustain complex medical devices. This role will be a key leader in our Research and Development team developing and sustaining new products with our customers.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Interview, hire, train, develop and engage top talent while ensuring a pipeline of talent is established for future roles.
  • Coordinate the activities of R&D team to meet agreed department/project deliverables for active projects
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, key partners, and cross-divisional R&D leaders to implement road map and deliver on current projects
  • Create a culture of success and excellence
  • Evaluates the performance of the team based on pre-established performance parameters
  • Drive process improvements across R&D and strive to improve R&D Processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement best practices across large, complex organizations.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years experience leading R&D/Engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams developing biomedical devices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Computer Engineering or related fields
