What you will do-

You will be responsible for determining how people, machines, materials, information, and energy can be best utilized for maximum efficiency and quality as related to production, materials, and supply chain management. You will act as a liaison between management’s goals and operational performance.

  • Seeks opportunities to increase productivity through the management of human resources, methods of business organization and use of technology.
  • Responsible for collecting data, analyzing, and making recommendations to Operational Management regarding resolving issues or improving production processes.

  • Ensuring compliance with established regulatory and quality, legal, corporate, and human resources policies and procedures.

  • Strives to achieve operational excellence through team building, capacity planning, continuous improvement, preventive maintenance, safety awareness and focus cost reduction with the goal of on-time shipment of high-quality products.

  • Responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development.

  • Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing world class customer service.

  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

  • Contributes to leading in product innovation by listening and working with others and contributing new ideas.

  • Submits periodic reports on areas of responsibility.

  • Able to routinely decide which may affect immediate operation and have a company- wide impact.

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field, Master’s preferred.

  • 8 years of proven leadership/supervisory experience required.

  • Previous manufacturing management experience required.
