What you will do
Document, research and resolve technical accounting issues at a global level in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Provide training, resolve problems, create instructions for complex accounting matters.
Drive compliance of global accounting policies.
Lead preparation, implementation and ensure adherence to internal global accounting policies.
Provide guidance to global teams in the evaluation of new accounting pronouncements and their effects on internal current accounting policies.
Coordinate the tracking of yearly statutory financial statement preparation for all legal entities.
Review transaction journal entries initiated by tax or as a result of statutory audit reasons and assess impact to U.S. GAAP.
Participate in the review and analysis of divisional monthly financial statements.
What you need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Accounting or Finance degree (preferred)
6+ years of related experience
3+ years of public accounting or accounting for a publicly traded company (preferred)
CPA license (preferred)
