What you will do

  • Document, research and resolve technical accounting issues at a global level in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

  • Provide training, resolve problems, create instructions for complex accounting matters.

  • Drive compliance of global accounting policies.

  • Lead preparation, implementation and ensure adherence to internal global accounting policies.

  • Provide guidance to global teams in the evaluation of new accounting pronouncements and their effects on internal current accounting policies.

  • Coordinate the tracking of yearly statutory financial statement preparation for all legal entities.

  • Review transaction journal entries initiated by tax or as a result of statutory audit reasons and assess impact to U.S. GAAP.

  • Participate in the review and analysis of divisional monthly financial statements.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Accounting or Finance degree (preferred)

  • 6+ years of related experience

  • 3+ years of public accounting or accounting for a publicly traded company (preferred)

  • CPA license (preferred)
