What you will do-

As the Associate Test Engineering Manager you will coordinate and manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Test Engineering methods, processes, tools, and procedures used in the manufacture and verification of manufactured devices at Stryker Emergency Care.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manages directly and/or indirectly the activities of Test Engineers.
  • Sets overall group goals and priorities and evaluates subordinate's performance based on those goals/priorities.
  • Coaches and develops Test Engineers
  • Supports the maintenance and improvement of Test Engineering processes and methodologies by driving standardization of work output and deploying best practices and tools.
  • Plans organize and sets goals for the Test Engineering function to best utilize personnel.
  • Provides/coordinates for technical support and manufacturing issue resolution.
  • Aids in the test system development process by ensuring the identification of design for testability and providing design recommendations as appropriate.
  • May assist vendors in resolving manufacturing and quality-related issues.
  • Is responsible for Test Engineers complying with company policies and corrective actions.
  • Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and subordinate personnel in producing high-quality products at minimal costs.
  • Will submit periodic reports on areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What you need-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent required
  • 6 years of experience required
  • 1 year being a supervisor or leading technical teams preferred
