Work you'll do

We are seeking a strong program manager to support its Cloud Business Management (CBM ) team. This resource will be focused on driving the strategy of the team's processes, while helping to maintain and improve the operating structure to improve value of the central service offers to our client's customers. This person will need to collaborate with multiple teams made up of government and support contractors. Excellent customer communication and collaboration skills are required for daily interaction with project leadership and customers. Candidate should possess strong knowledge of project functions and should have a cloud solutions and finance background to streamline and automate project analysis to produce reports and metrics in a prompt manner. The candidate should also demonstrate success with working with complex, cross-organization functions to deliver business results as well as possessing creativity, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills. The resource will be required to interface with all divisions within SIO (Strategy, Governance, Service Delivery (SGS), Enterprise Server Operations Center (ESOC), Systems Development Division (SDD), System Operation Division (SOD)) and other offices external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree and SECERT CLEARANCE

•Understanding of Federal IT landscape and current initiatives

•Federal Financial management experience

•IT business management

•Business Process Improvement

•Cloud Services provided by Public/Private Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)

•Cloud Brokerage/Management Best Practice

•High level understanding of government acquisitions

•Fundamental understanding of Cloud Services and associated functions required for implementation, operations, and management across the different cloud delivery models
