What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be improving customers’ experiences in any channel in which they interact with Verizon!


The Quality of Experience Scoring (QES) team brings a unique capability and perspective for personalization. We define and have built, a set of models which measure customer experiences across channels and journeys. We provide insights that facilitate easy, personalized interactions between Verizon and its customers. The customer experience guides us, and data serves as our toolset.
The QES Product Manager will promote QES and partner with key stakeholders across VCG, to understand their needs and how QES can address their most critical problems. You will use data, creativity, and your passion for CX, to surface, size, and present new opportunities for personalization, leveraging and evolving today’s QES platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within the SOI organization, to secure end-to-end implementation of personalization initiatives you’ve sponsored.
  • Work with key stakeholders and AI&D partners to prioritize strategic initiatives which incorporate QES.
  • Utilize customer empathy to understand the experiences of Verizon consumer customers, and also to understand the care-abouts of your internal customers and partners -- in the channels and business units.
  • Partner with measurement and analytics teams to forecast and track the business value of each initiative.
  • Collaborate with solution architecture and delivery teams to secure a successful implementation, consistent with the vision.
  • Communicate clearly and convincingly in spoken or written form, to any audience - technical, business, or executive.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in technical product or program management, or data analytics.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience delivering personalized & contextual experiences, and measuring their performance.
  • Experience using data to identify and justify initiatives.
  • Focus on details and quality.
  • Interpersonal skills, including communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Agile Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
  • Extensive organizational and time management skills.
  • SQL fluency.
