What you will do:

The IT Solution Manager, Process Mining for IT Global Data and Analytics will be responsible for implementing process mining application (Celonis) at Stryker. They will drive successful implementations of the Celonis technology to meet Business requirements, accelerate time to first value and drive measurable business impact. They are highly skilled in DevOps process with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release.

They will work closely with Finance, Business Transformation, Supply Chain Procurement and Operations to deploy capabilities that support invoice to pay, order to cash and procurement process improvements.

They will be the key resource to leverage data to identify gaps within the business and make recommendations to key stakeholders. In addition, they will escalate system and data integrity issues and find resolutions as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Collaborate with the Business teams and Product Owners to gather the process mining use cases and requirements
  • Perform high level estimation and roadmap for the implementation of use cases
  • Perform volumetric sizing and finalize licensing requirements
  • Deliver on the Global Data and Analytics strategic programs for process mining as per the defined roadmap
  • Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each Business Unit to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Celonis technical requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets customer requirements
  • Design process and customer-specific dashboards, analyses, and reports
  • Responsible for the technical onboarding of Business users to Celonis platform and setting up the data integration pipeline together with the Business
  • Monitor the data pipelines, ensure their reliability, and help troubleshoot any issues. By building and providing workflows within Celonis, you make sure that the solutions you build will scale properly.
  • Manage stakeholder communication including product status meetings, steering committee meetings

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related specialty)
  • Minimum of 4 years of process mining solution development experience in tool such as Celonis, Signavio (SAP), UiPath etc.
  • Experience on utilizing Microsoft Power BI or any equivalent data reporting tools required
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure data platforms required
  • Experience in process automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc. preferred
  • Experience on working with various stakeholders such as Finance and Supply Chain group preferred
