Deloitte Greenhouse® Client Studio Leader

The Deloitte Greenhouse® is searching for the next leader of our client studio location in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate, high-performing team partnering with a Deloitte account team serving a Fortune 50 company to deliver client experiences and accelerate relationships.

  • Business Leadership : As the client studio leader you will collaborate closely with senior Deloitte leaders on the account team to help advance their business objectives and accelerate relationships with their executive clients. You will serve as a strategic advisor and the primary point of contact with the account team to understand and support their needs. We are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a longstanding passion for creating and overseeing partnerships in service of innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for clients and account teams.
  • Lab Leadership: In the lab delivery role, you will have a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of clients across the organization to solve exciting business challenges, stretch your critical thinking and problem solving skills, and network with executive-level clients as well as senior Deloitte leaders. We are looking for someone with excellent facilitation/presentation skills who can face off with senior executives. Familiarity with design thinking and creative problem-solving skillsets is advantageous.
  • Operational Leadership: As the client studio leader you will help oversee operations for the client studio, including processes, procedures, efficiencies, and metrics. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and strengths in both risk management and change management.
  • Project Leadership: In addition to delivering labs, you may also have the opportunity to support national Greenhouse special projects and test creative and innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Deloitte Greenhouse® portfolio. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking on new challenges and pushing boundaries.

The Team

We are passionate about helping executives and executive teams breakthrough their most critical challenges. As a client studio team member, you will have the opportunity to deliver both Breakthrough Labs (bespoke experiences typically designed for teams) and Transition Labs (a core offering to help C-level executives prepare for and accelerate transition into their role). You will focus on a single high-priority client account, partnering closely with the senior leaders on the account team to strategically leverage the Deloitte Greenhouse® and Executive Accelerators to catalyze relationship-building with their executive clients. Qualifications include

Required
  • Minimum 10 years work experience; at least 3 years direct experience serving Deloitte clients
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
  • Excellent facilitation skills with ability to manage pivots in the moment
  • Well-developed analytical skills - ability to synthesize group discussions into concise / concrete bullet points and help steer abstract dialogue into actionable themes
  • Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred:
  • Advanced Degree
  • Interest and experience with analytical methods and tools, including data visualization are desirable
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry
