What you will do

The Project Manager of the newly formed Customer Experience R&D team will lead the project management and coordination of Customer Engagement Events across Stryker’s Neurovascular Division in support of internal and external customer engagement activities world-wide. You will collaborate with Global Marketing, R&D, Regional Marketing, Clinical & Sales teams to develop event objectives and content, identify resources, participate in and/or facilitate the execution of these activities (e.g. physician visits, training and education programs, technology fairs, conferences, product launches, commercial field support, VIP visits, advisory board meetings, technical design presentations, clinical trial physician training, outreach programs). You will have the opportunity to support the development of the strategy, structure, tools and processes to support the Customer Experience R&D vision and mission. You will develop baseline knowledge of the full breadth of Stryker neurovascular products and technologies (commercial and in early/late stage development) across all disease states and franchise areas, and will establish internal contacts across Stryker and external contacts with physicians and/or industry specialists.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Event Planning / Corporate Meeting Planning required
  • 4+ years of sales, marketing, product development, clinical or related experience
