Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, estimations, specifications, flowcharts, and presentations
  • Work with all stakeholders to identify and confirm requirements/deliverables/resources
  • Make sure project deliverables are on-time and on budget
  • Track progress of tasks to completion
  • Conduct regular project reviews and communicate the status of projects in both a formal and informal setting
  • Communicate the projects status throughout the project lifecycle to all team members
  • Provide regular and timely feedback to team members and clients. P roducing a weekly status report
  • Identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables
  • Seeks innovative ways to remove project obstacles


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree in business related field
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with management of software implementations with team of resources
  • Understanding of the P&C Insurance space
  • Experience with similar COTS solution programs
  • Experience with MS DevOps
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to break down client deliverables into specific tasks for development/configuration
  • Experiencedeveloping and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
  • Experience Tracking progress of tasks to completion
  • Ability to facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and toolsusage
  • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • Must live in or be able to relocate to Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA

  • Project and Agile Management Certifications
  • Excellent written and Presentation skills
  • Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Experience managing projects across teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills - must be able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • The ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and to remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, virtual environment, providing and accepting continuous feedback and support
  • Experience managing trade-offs given specific constraints
  • Excellent writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and attention to detail and quality
  • An understanding of software development life cycle and best practices
  • Strong sense of ownership and passion for technology
