Chubb is looking for a Digital Knowledge Manager to join our team of talented technologists. As the manager you will provide leadership for our employee engagement experience processes and platforms.  You will work closely with key business teams framing the knowledge management strategy and be responsible for rolling out a new modern digital employee experience platform across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic direction for Chubb’s intranet platform based on business goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies and processes for digital employee experience with business and technology partners.
  • Work closely with businesses and technology teams across the globe to roll out a new intranet platform
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs of experience management tools.
  • Have oversight and accountability of day-to-day intranet and knowledge management platform operations.
  • Develop service level agreements, etc. to ensure appropriate operational aspects of platform, e.g. accessibility, performance and more.
  • Provide support to businesses in meeting their goals using the digital channel.
  • Work with business lines to anticipate trends, opportunities and issues and provide appropriate digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with and leverage the user experience teams to ensure optimal digital experiences for respective user personas.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders of digital business areas to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage 3rd party agencies and vendors as well as internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Build a team to ensure continuous optimization of platform and communication to businesses
