What you will do

  • Develops marketing strategies in partnership with the Commercial Business Units to achieve stated revenue, profitability and market share objectives
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Representatives to drive a high level execution of all marketing strategies and programs
  • Gather and present relevant customer segmentation and value proposition data; guide sales teams and leaders on how to tailor efforts to meet specific market needs
  • Collaborate with sales management and consulting surgeons to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs
  • Provides constant Voice of Customer feedback from sales and surgeon interactions on products as well as market opportunities
  • Consistently drive the commercial business message through sales channels by partnering with internal communication resources and functions
  • Influence go-to-market direction based on business intelligence, program portfolio performance, and market leading practices both domestically and internationally
  • Participate in the commercial planning of new products, regional marketing strategies and annual marketing plans by partnering with Brand and Portfolio Marketing teams to align commercial priorities.
  • Works with regional business partners to align company resources to commercial business unit strategies

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
  • 4+ years of experience required in a marketing function with direct product management experience or healthcare sales preferred
  • Background in healthcare products or medical devices highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environment
  • Strong oral and written skills (both in groups and one-on-on interaction)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects
  • Some coaching required
