Deloitte's CIO Program provides distinctive opportunities to support the CIO career lifecycle and enable CIOs to drive enterprise value through leadership development programs, immersive lab experiences, insight on provocative topics and career transition support.

We are currently seeking a strong Manager to primarily support CIO Program, specifically CIO and technology client workshops, as well as engage in other offerings focused on experiences for client CIOs and IT executives. This professional will work closely with firm and CIO Program leadership, as well as account leadership from various Deloitte practice areas. This person will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of a variety of experiences and special projects. This role requires a strong organizational, analytics, communications skillset, and PowerPoint storyboarding skills as well as an understanding of technology organizations and delivery.

Work You'll Do:

Individuals in this role will be responsible for a variety of activities such as:

  • Managing account team inquiries and intake, including scheduling
  • Managing forecasting & pipeline, including account team follow-ups
  • Acting as a part-time workshop producer to deliver client executive workshops both in person and virtually
  • Confirming logistics with teams and executive clients
  • Overseeing and managing pipeline of workshops and resource capacity
  • Overseeing end-to-end data entry into Salesforce, ensuring overall compliance to field and status reporting standards
  • Reviewing reporting and dashboards for Operations management, team impact, and metrics
  • Supporting regular executive status metrics and reporting of data
  • Managing bi-weekly status call agenda & content
  • Working directly with offshore support resource on pipeline, known executive transitions, post lab data capture, and account team and leadership information requests
  • Tracking and processing team financials
  • Supporting ongoing strategic initiatives including content development and enhancements
  • Leveraging our latest research and thought leadership to engage clients
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve engagement for priority Deloitte clients.
  • Build and nurture strong account leadership and client relationships.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience, 3+ years of consulting experience preferred
  • Understanding of the role of the CIO and technology strategy
  • Passion for and interest in emerging technology & technology leadership
  • Ability to interact across all levels within the organization
  • Excellent focus on details and producing high quality work products
  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capabilities - especially with executive audiences
  • Ability to manage and drive projects and initiatives to completion and results
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and excellent focus on details
  • Ability to work independently and as part of virtual team
  • Passion for continuous improvement and big picture thinking
  • Some travel required (15%)
