ERP Technical Program Manager

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Design and operate a Program Management Office (PgMO) to manage the entire portfolio of BSE projects. The PgMO will manage the portfolio of multiple projects from RFP, Intake, Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Delivery.
- The PgMO will establish processes, criteria, templates, and tools to support Project business stakeholders.
- Manage functional and technical programs in the following business areas: Compliance, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Internal Communications, IT Systems, Legal, Manufacturing, Operations including Customer Support, People Operations, Safety, Support Chain.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with Technical Program Management
- Have a deep understanding of SAP SaaS and ERP and or SAAS systems/implementations
- Expert in portfolio/program management with a focus on stakeholder management, vendor accountability, and efficient delivery of business systems
- Manage functional and technical programs
- Travel up to 10% annually
