What you’ll be doing...

As part of the Marketing Sciences & Lifecycle Management group, this individual will be responsible for driving growth CRM tactics for business market customers. You will identify key campaign opportunities for revenue generation and upsell/cross sell based on analysis of our customer data, current market trends and competitive shifts. This person should have a deep understanding of the wireless and wireline business product portfolio and offer landscape to build relevant CRM touchpoints across the B2B Lifecycle. You will deliver data-driven targeting and evolve our personalization strategy through business segmentation, decision maker characteristics and industry specific needs. This person will ensure all campaigns have effective measurement and reporting in place to align to business KPIs and proactively make recommendations of future executions and testing plans based on findings and best practices.

  • Define core base program strategy across the customer journey with a focus on orchestrating fluid nurture streams.
  • Understanding of our Marketing Automation Platform to define requirements and build framework for ongoing cadence of customer communications.
  • Analyze customer behavior, segment trends and historical data to develop targeting and testing strategies.
  • Proactively identify cross-channel integration opportunities, focused on a fluid digital customer experience.
  • Partner closely with product, MarCom and integrated marketing to align with business priorities and roadmaps.
  • Oversee briefing process and influence the creative development of core touchpoints (including email, direct mail, SMS, and cross-channel).
  • Collaborate with data sciences team to recommend model opportunities for product propensity and revenue growth.
  • Define and track key KPIs across all customer touchpoints.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Direct marketing experience (email, direct mail, SMS, digital).
  • Experience leveraging marketing analytics and campaign success measures.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and systems (i.e, Marketo/Adobe, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • MBA and/or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience managing end to end campaigns, including working with creative agencies.
  • Experience with Marketo.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across projects.
