What you will do:

Leads the creation and execution of national field marketing program and supporting team with the goal of expanding patient access through targeted customer and sales support programs. This leader will be charged with the buildout of both the national marketing programs and future field marketing team. They will be the organization’s subject matter expert on the effective, efficient integration of Stryker technologies into the office site of care and be responsible for disseminating best practices.

  • Designs field marketing commercial strategy and sales/customer support programs with the goal to drive clinic-based procedures
  • Supports key customers and sales team with targeted resources that drive business unit growth objectives
  • Leverages market analytics to determine appropriate locations for patient activation & technology awareness campaigns
  • Determines appropriate tactics based on market dynamics & customer needs; supports customer marketing and education efforts to drive patient awareness
  • Executes integrated local marketing campaigns & manages ongoing co-marketing agreements
  • Consults with Marketing leaders to identify practice integration training needs
  • Provides feedback from the field to the marketing and medical education teams
  • Participates in marketing and medical education for all product pre-launch activities
  • Lends educational support to and participates in sales/specialty training
  • Provides field support on all product promotions and field incentive programs as needed
  • Represents division at regional and national meetings with customers
  • Supports field reimbursement team through engagement of key thought leaders in targeted geographies to attain commercial payer expansion of Stryker technologies
  • Provides regional landscape intelligence and customer insights to Strategic Marketing to gain understanding of barriers and opportunities
  • Utilizes knowledge of key accounts, KOLs and centers of excellence in designated territories in regional marketing planning and leverage appropriately

What you need:

  • ​​Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • ​MBA preferred​
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales or business management role required
  • Background in hospital marketing, product management of healthcare products or medical sales highly preferred
  • Background in market development sales or marketing, expanding patient access or adoption of new technologies preferred
  • Strong experience with healthcare executives
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
  • Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience presenting to groups and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical, project management skills
