The key to our success is mainly dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. You will collaborate with the engineering and delivery teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders and project teams to assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, balance the business needs with the technical constraints while minimizing risk and driving maximum business benefit.

  • Work collaboratively in a dynamic, face-paced environment and seek creative solutions to complex problems proactively.
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached.
  • Where you'll be working: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes (e.g. ITIL, Project Management) and the impact thereof on the technical environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of project delivery.
  • Experience in project planning and providing leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, technology management, business management, or four or more years of work experience.
  • PMI PMP certification.
  • Six or more years of Professional Services project delivery leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT engineers and report to senior managers.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively participate and lead discussions and present material at manager and executive levels, and to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Two or more years of Professional Services program delivery leadership.
  • Proven experience and ability to engage clients and manage relationships at the C-Level.
  • Leadership ability with excellent communications and team building skills across multiple work locations.
  • Strong technical acumen to understand and solve complex network and application layer challenges both from a design and problem management perspective.
