In this hybrid role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person training and meetings. We are hiring in the following locations: Denver CO, Dallas TX, Alpharetta GA, Irvine CA, Basking Ridge NJ and New York City.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop & establish success metrics and measurement plans that explain the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Translate business questions into analytical projects and develop learning agendas.
  • Ownership of marketing forecast models across channels and responsible for aligning with cross-functional teams and agency partners on methodologies.
  • Build A/B hypothesis and testing models (A/B copy, differentiated offers, retail strategy etc) that will provide learnings to drive stronger business results. Translate results to actionable recommendations.
  • Identify areas of growth via acquisition channels and provide weekly reporting by channel/partner/audience.
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) illustrating digital and marketing performance. Inclusive of managing data warehouse requests and flow of data into visualization tools.
  • Analyze the digital conversion funnel with cross functional teams and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive Marketing Mix Modeling with cross-functional teams at Verizon.
  • Build short term model and method of measurement that enables real-time, dynamic changes to optimize performance to business KPIs.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis providing marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to analyze data from historical campaigns, measure the effectiveness of specific offer promotions, and provide projections for future business performance based on these findings.
  • Communicate effectively as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Become accountable for business-result led paid media reporting, including pertinent insights and actionable recommendations /Partner with agency teams in presenting findings to media teams, agency partners, and marketing leadership.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience using Google Data Studio to present insights to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience building reporting for marketing channels in Tableau and Google Data Studio.

Even better if you have:

  • Eight to ten years of relevant work experience.
  • A degree in marketing analytics preferred.
  • Are highly analytical and experienced in translating data into insights that drive business and customer value.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into an analytics plan.
  • Skilled in executing marketing data operation management such as tracking.
  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel skills.
