We are currently seeking a Platform Manager/Business Analyst, Clinical to join our Neurovascular Division to be based in Fremont, CA or remotely across the United States.

Stryker’s Neurovascular division is focused on advancing the practice of less invasive stroke therapies through its Complete Stroke Care solutions. The business is dedicated to providing innovative stroke products and services for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke and committed to providing clinical education and support to help physicians deliver better patient outcomes. Products include: stent retrievers, detachable coils, stents, balloons, guidewires and microcatheters. If you join our organization; will be working to “Make Stroke History”. What you will do
As a Platform Manager/Business Analyst, Clinical, you lead software platform development, implementation, and management among cross-functional teams. In addition, you support clinical strategy by conducting data analysis on key clinical metrics and communicating findings and recommendations to leadership. You drive business process improvement activities to accelerate clinical results more effectively and efficiently.

  • Leverage project management to drive platform development and successful implementation of new systems.
  • Support business development for software, platforms, and tools to drive clinical excellence.
  • Conduct data analytics and communicate key performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
  • Support cross-functional clinical teams in business process improvement.
  • Provide strategic support to clinical project teams to improve study execution.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to support their development.

What you need

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required or experience as a Medical Healthcare Professional.
  • MS, MBA or PhD preferred.
  • A Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of medical, medical device, or life science industry experience required.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a program or software platform management required.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, managing, testing and operating software platforms and solutions required.
  • Previous experience with business analytics and analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Previous experience with regulated global clinical trials preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a high sense of attention to detail.

$93,200 - $199,900 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
