Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • You will work with Business and IT teams to support the overall project
  • You will gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
  • You will identify specific business opportunities
  • You will influence stakeholders to support business projects
  • You will assist with project management for selected projects
  • You will coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes

The Team

The US Core Technology Operations Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Requirements gathering from end users
  • Experience with story writing
  • Experience with UAT Testing
  • Experience with Backlog grooming and working with the feature team on user story clarifications
  • Experience with Full SDLC
  • Experience working with Onshore and Offshore teams
  • Must have Agile experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A track record of following through on commitments
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Travel up to 10% annually
