The Business Analyst, IVR will be joining a team grounded in high performance and collaboration with responsibilities that will benefit Solutran’s operations of Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR) and call centers. They will provide subject matter expertise to IVR elements to monitor and track needs.
This individual will understand business problems and recommend solutions which align with organizational goals. They will play a strong role throughout the Development Lifecycle that includes gathering and documenting business requirements, creating use case scenarios, modeling business process, and participating in the overall planning that will ensure the system delivered meets the needs of the business.
- Synthesize results and enhancement recommendations for continual improvement
- Analyze the business/user requirements and translate them into IVR requirements
- Develop reports and dashboards for IVR performance and key metrics
- Document and implement IVR call flows
- Develop requirements and technical specifications for enhancements and new configurations
- Identify and document new reporting needs
- Collaborate with development teams to create web service calls and custom applications
- Attend sprint planning sessions and daily stand up
- Attend and lead requirement gathering sessions
- Design and execute comprehensive IVR test plans
- Configure and deploy CYARA for testing and monitoring
- Validate data elements are captured and recorded
- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
- 2+ years of experience designing and testing IVR Call Flows; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and SQL/Oracle
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance
- 1+ years of experience in Healthcare or Financial Industries
- 1+ years of experience with CYARA and JSON
- 1+ years of experience with IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.)
- Ability to conceptualize, research, and evaluate new ideas objectively from a market and financial standpoint
- Ability to grasp technical processes quickly
- This position does not require frequent travel
