The Associate Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and understanding the business needs for ComfortCare. This position serves as business liaison for ComfortCare’s booking and scheduling transport software, working closely with vendor and IT Department to ensure operation improvements or enhances are maintained. Learns business process and procedures by assisting the team with various areas of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and operational effectiveness, and establish a rapport with internal and external team members
  • Work effectively with department management to create and maintain key metric reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop, perform, and manage various reports as well as performance measures
  • Support implementation of business process improvements
  • Develop and produce standard and ad hoc reports
  • Recommend, implement, and enhance process improvements in support of ComfortCare’s continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are fully informed of new/updated solutions, and identify/escalate any issues communicated by stakeholders
  • Participate, perform, or assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as requested
  • Create and maintain documents and project files and updates
  • Assist with requirements gathering and testing activities with ComfortCare’s booking and scheduling transport software
  • Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Performs routine or structured work
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience analyzing data and identifying trends
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • Experience documenting processes
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge in SQL and database querying
  • Demonstrated research, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
  • Able to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks / demands simultaneously

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
