Primary Responsibilities:

  • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
  • Handholding: Provide/monitor handholding support to user once Go Live is done for a specified time and during day to day operation involving usage of HMIS application
  • Bug/Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Functional experts (Site Team) and technical team to get the bug/issue fixed on daily basis
  • Communication Management: Involve in day to day communication with Helpdesk, Site Team, Development Team in relation to e-Upchaar project
  • Change Management: Monitor Change Management activities actively. Focus here is to be increase the adoption of e-Upchaar application
  • Deployment Activity: Ensure that smooth deployment of Build takes place in their medical facility
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Heath Care IT domain including analysis experience with a solid understanding of Implementation and support of Health Management Information System software
  • 2+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
  • Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
  • Experience with PC-based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree
