In this role as a Technical Solution Analyst/Business System Analyst, you will be a thought leader in developing innovative solutions to support the cred to load reporting process for C&S Health Plans.
You will develop and maintain a reporting suit, as well as tools (macros, SSIS/SSRS tools, etc.) for Business Analysts and our Partners. You will be responsible for programming code used to create the cred to load reporting process, and you may be asked to support some application building.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
- Designs, develops, tests, documents and maintains database queries and reports
- Works with Business Analysts to define and document additional requirements and efficiency innovations to enrich reporting capabilities
- Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reporting
- Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendations
- Transfers data into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences
- With little direction, manages reporting and analysis elements on all business initiative projects

- 3+ years of professional experience with Relational Database Management Systems (such as Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server)
- 1+ years of professional experience performing Data Analytics and Reporting (such as SSIS/SSRS)
- 1+ years of professional experience with source control (Git/GitHub/TFS)
- Experience with provider data within the Healthcare Industry
- Solid T-SQL Skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
