Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision and strategy
  • Manage the whole product across the lifecycle using defined development process (Lifecycle Management)
  • Know the market to effectively identify and frame new product opportunities (Ideate)
  • Define solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impact (Define)
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of commercialized solutions (Build/Launch)
  • Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decisions as appropriate (Manage/Sunset)
  • Serve as the product champion and subject matter expert for business and functional partners
  • Product Management Discipline: applies key strategies to improve and maintain market share of a new or existing product; understands the key indicators to assess product performance and inform decisions about product features and viability; develops and applies deep product expertise to credibly represent, manage and support product
  • Market, Client and Customer Focus: Understands and translates market, client and customer market insights into product sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Financial Acumen: understands general financial principles and what makes a product successful
  • Technical Knowledge: demonstrates knowledge of technology trends and concepts and knows how to apply them to ensure credibility and trust, as applicable
  • Relationship Management: builds and cultivates cross-functional, cross-enterprise relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively leverages them to gain support, buy-in and to enable action
  • Leadership: Thought leader; creates and shares a compelling vision; Takes accountability for decisions, actions and results for self and others; Leads and manages change; Strategic thinker
  • Critical Evaluation: collects, analyzes and interprets information to evaluate solutions and inform business decisions and recommendations
  • Adaptable: assimilates quickly to new environments, exhibits flexibility and applies a continuous learning mindset in all aspects of work

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 - 11 years of experience in product / business analysis roles
  • Experience with accountable participation in enterprise systems
  • Experience on healthcare and specifically clinical systems
  • Good experience with stakeholder management and verbal communication
  • Hands-on with either tools for requirements elicitation, prioritization and management. Knowledge of agile based execution
  • Understanding of overall product management and product owner responsibilities
  • Demonstrated success on full-fledged products, MVP and PoC developments
