The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for various activities related to inventory management processes for Business Configuration Operations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory processes and documentation to ensure compliance to internal audit requirements
  • Track, report and analyze receipts of issues, changes, escalations, and claim pends to meet SLA’s and prioritize work
  • Identify trends by market and nationally to improve TAT’s and detect process opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders to educate and consult on trends to increase efficiency
  • Assist business partners with recommendations on future staffing needs based on capacity plan and unrealized efficiency initiatives
  • Help to improve data integrity of inventory workflow tool (Enterprise Now) by recommending enhancements and reporting fields for more accurate/precise reporting capabilities
  • Partner with other functional teams to understand their processes and call attention to impacts of those processes to other upstream and/or downstream processes
  • Communicate process changes to impacted teams and stakeholders
  • Attend and represent the business in various internal partner meetings, answering process related questions, speaking to current process steps and/or brainstorming new and improved processes.
  • Ensure processes and documentation adheres to quality measures and timeliness
  • Communicate performance metrics to the team and leaders across the department
  • Partner with capacity planners to proactively plan and maintain appropriate staffing levels

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (2+ additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of an undergraduate degree)
  • 2+ years of experience in the health care industry
  • 2+ years of experience with operations inventory and reporting management
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing information from multiple data sources to identify trends and outliers for issue detection and problem resolution
  • 2+ years of experience working with capacity planning or workforce staffing models
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifcations:

  • 2+ years of experience communicating with, and presenting to, VPs and Directors to provide performance status and recommendations, as well as collaborate for solutions
  • 2+ years of program and/or project management experience
  • 2+ years of provider, eligibility, or benefit implementation experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with an automated work routing application in a back-office environment (i.e. Enterprise Now/Enterprise Work Delivery)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
